This beautiful Newborn Tutu is made out of Yards and Yards of quality, soft tulle. I use a non roll elastic waistband to give your baby the best comfort and fit. Each tutu is topped off with organza ribbon streamers. Each tutu measures aprox.6 inches long and a 12 inch waist
