An enchanted set for Halloween!

This pixie tutu is completely custom, a smaller version of our elaborate special occasion tutus. Hand cut tulle, gathered & sewn to polka dot grosgrain ribbon and finished with a large matching bow. The bow is detachable and can be used as a hair barrette too!

The elastic waistband has 3 extra inches of stretch to make playtime easy & fun! The wings are customized to match the tutu with piping & lots of glitter. Soft satin arm bands make the wings super comfortable.
