Hand cut tulle, gathered & sewn to polka dot grosgrain ribbon and finished with a large matching bow. The bow is detachable and can be used as a hair barrette too!

The elastic waistband has 3 extra inches of stretch to make playtime easy & fun! The wings are customized to match the tutu as well as the addition of soft satin arm bands.

 Wings available in pink or lavender.
