Ruffles are also 100% cotton: light pink (strawberry), cream (vanilla), light brown (milk chocolate) Between each ruffle is FLUFF; light pink, cream, mocha. The cream satin bow adds that finishing touch!

These ruffled bottom bloomer/diaper covers are totally handmade from start to finish. These are not embellished store bought items. All cotton fabrics are washed, dried and ironed before construction. Tulles, laces, chiffons, organzas and satins are not washed and recommend hand washing after wear. Each ruffle is trimmed with matching or contrasting rolled edge. Rolled edges done with very close stitching and no fabric will show through. All seams are serged for professional finishing. Soft elastic waistband with Custom Cutees tag and size tag in back. Legs finished with rolled edge and done with elastic shirring which makes a lighter gather than standard elastic and also creates an adorable ruffled edge. The back of the bloomer is finished with a sewn satin bow.
