Lace Ruffle Pants/Petti Romper Pants

Can be worn as pants as shown in the photos, and the waist can be pulled up to wear as a Romper as well if your little gal is on the smaller side :) If she's taller, it may not work to well worn as a romper :)
These are the cutest little lace petti pants filled with hand sewn lace ruffle layers...so perfect for photographs or just for dress up! I can make this in aqua, raspberry, lavender, white, red, black, yellow, brown, cream and light pink :)

Size newborn-9 months *MEASUREMENTS* Measuring flat and straight across, the chest measures 6.75" unstretched and stretches comfortably to about 8.5" and the length of the romper is 16"

Size 1T/3T *MEASUREMENTS* Measuring flat and straight across, the chest measures 8" unstretched and stretches comfortably to about 9.75" and the length of the romper is 19"
