The tutu skirt is made from A LOT of the best quality soft tulle from the USA and bustled in back for an adorable upscale look. 1 inch elastic waistband will stretch with your child as they grow. Tutu length is up to 23 inches. Tutu can be sewn if preferred.

Gorgeous flower set is removable.
