Listing is for sizes NB through 4T up to 23 inches long. Larger sizes available for an additional fee.

Made from A LOT of the best quality soft tulle from the USA. 3/4 inch elastic waistband will stretch with your child as they grow. Tutu length is 23 inches (can be customized shorter). Tutu can be sewn if preferred.


Additional embellishments also can be added...flowers, sequins, rhinestones, ribbon.....for an extra charge.

Hair clip not included.
