Birthday Surprise Tutu Dress and Matching Headband

Our  BIRTHDAY SURPRISE tutu dress is created by hand tying 100-300 yards(depending on size) of premium tulle to a non roll elastic and then sewn for durability. You won't get a flat or see through tutu here and we go that extra mile by sewing the tutu so that your new My Tutu Boutique  creation will not come undone.... let your little angel play, dress up and imagine she is the princess she really is!!
