When will my order be shipped? TOP
Many products we carry ship in 7-10 days EXCEPT tutus, pettiskirts,ruffle bloomers, personalized & custom items and tutu sets which are ALL custom made to order. The production time on those items is 2-4 weeks and THEN ship.. After this time, the item is then shipped, and received by you in 3-5 days. Delays with customs and USPS are out of our hands..please email us with any questions regarding your shipment BEFORE ordering. Thank you!
If you want to RUSH your order..go to the opening page table of contents near the bottom and use the RUSH ORDER option..your order will be bumped up to first in line and will ship out in approx 3 or 4 days and then be received by you in 2-3 days...we also have EXPRESS overnight option but those rates are approx $28-$38.50 within the United States, so please inquire if you need your order right away..thank you.
Please Note: At my tutu boutique many of your items will be shipped in multiple shipments this is due to the fact that our items are handmade by different designers and thus ship separately.
How much is shipping and where do you ship? TOP
We ship within the U.S. and can ship Internationally.
**International Orders** USPS International Priority Shipping is available. The price is approx $32 (minimum rate) for a small items. However, depending on the size and weight of the order the cost will be more. These shipping rates are calculated by USPS (not us).
**Please contact us BEFORE placing an International order..as our site is not equipped to tabulate these rates.
Please be advised that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes implemented by your country. These charges are out of our hands and may be inforced by your customs broker. Bare in mind when ordering internationally.
Insurance and Signature Confirmation is not included with your order but may be added for additional fee and must be requested prior to ordering.
Multiple shipments are often sent as items are handmade and ship separately from different locations. This often brings up the cost of our shipping rates.. this is the only way we are able to offer our handmade items as we are not a factory or warehouse.

What is your Return or Exchange Policy? TOP
PLEASE READ OUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR ITEMS:
ALL PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE NO EXCEPTONS. YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHEN THE ITEMS ARE PURCHASED.
For Sizing..please ask questions about sizing prior to placing your order. On Tutu sets onesies come sized 0-6 or 6 months, 6-12 or 12m, 12-18 or 18m and 18-24m or 24m then 2t 3t 4t 5t 6t or 6X and 8 and up for additional charge.
If you discover within 48 hours of receiving your item that your product is defective you may return it for Repair or Exchange ONLY. No refund will be given. Replacement will only be offered if your item cannot be repaired. You agree to these terms with your purchase.
Some of our items that are ready to ship may be out of stock at time of order, if this is the case, we will offer an alternative style for shipment. If no alternative style is chosen we will ship the items when in stock. We will not provide refunds on out of stock items that are out of stock at time of order. We will ship immediately upon replenishment. You agree to these terms once your order is placed.
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, so we may exchange your items..exchanges will not be granted if we are not notified within this time frame..thank you for your understanding.
We strictly do not offer exchanges on worn custom made items or items used as photography props or one day wear for birthdays or events.
SHIPPING is NON-REFUNDABLE ever.
Please ask all questions in regards to sizing/colors BEFORE you place your order as our items are custom made and HANDMADE. We cannot be held responsible for a wrong size ordered. We will not refund if a wrong size is sent or ordered. We reserve the right to send you a new size if the wrong size was mistakenly sent and we are not obligated to refund if a wrong size was received. Onesies are 0-24months and Tee's are 2t-4t. If larger sizes are required please message us to confirm sizing. A refund or exchange ill not be issued if you assume you will be getting a certain size that we do not carry.

Yes. Please contact us prior to placing your order with the date and products needed and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Additional shipping rate will apply.
**For International Orders Express Shipping for 3-5 days is minimum $35.50. This price is set by the USPS.

We accept Paypal, Debit, E check and Credit Cards via Paypal payments. All payments and payment information is collected via an SSL secure server for your protection.
Your privacy is important to us! We will not share, distribute, rent or otherwise use or make available your information with any third party other than for the purpose of processing your order.
Will I receive the exact items as pictured on the site? TOP
In most cases "YES" however, our items are handmade and materials, flowers , and ribbons are subject to availability. We will always send something that matches beautifully with your purchased item. This includes: Headbands, Tutu's, Bloomers, etc..we do not refund after the fact if a different bow or flower was used. This is part of the custom order business..and we do our best to provide the best product we can with the availability of our supplies at time of purchase.
When an item is Rushed designers are working with materials available on short notice..again we will do our best to make the item as pictured but ribbons and flowers must be ordered and are not always available with a rushed time frame.
Depending on the designer. different brand onesies and Tee's are used for tutu sets..personalized tutu sets often we use carters onesies 0-24months sizing and geranimals and old navy tee's when available 2t-4t. For Bigger Sizes they are 5t 6t 6X and 8. Please message us before ordering if you have a quesion about sizing. If the wrong size is ordered we do not exchange or refund. This is the customers responsibility to order the correct size.
Can I Rush my Order ? TOP
Yes! Rush Orders are available on many items for additional $15 Some of our couture items require $25 to Rush..please message us with your DATE BEFORE ORDERING and we will do our best to accomodate you. ***Many (but not all) Rush orders go out in 3-5 days and will be received by you in additional 3-4 days. Rush orders do not include EXPRESS SHIPPING. Please message us for rates to Express Ship your package. NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE RUSHED!
For Rush Orders to International Destinations: your items will ship ahead of the 3 weeks and will ship Priority or First Class. We cannot guarantee exact arrival time as this is up to your postal service..We are not responsible for unforseen delays with customs or shipping delays. Please message us if you would also like to Express your package on top of the Rush fee.
PLEASE NOTE**We DO NOT REFUND any order that was RUSHED and did not arrive in time, we are sorry..thank you for your understanding, and it is always best to order items well in advance of your dates needed. This will put less stress on you and our design team.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST
Weekends are Family Time.
You may still Order your items on the weekends but they will not be submitted until Monday. Rush Orders placed over a weekend will not ship out until 3-4 complete business days. This means they will ship out Weds evening or Thurs Morning. Please inquire ahead of time so we can give you a better idea :)
Is there an number I can contact My Tutu Boutique? TOP
All communication with regards to your orders will be conducted via email. As a busy mother of 2 little girls and a wahm.. conversation has proven to be impossible. So please if you have a questions with regard to your order, send me an email..I will try to respond within 24-48hours.
When contacting us with regard to an order. For fastest service please provide order #, date of order, items ordered and name on shipping. That way we can contact the appropriate designer for an update..without this info it will delay our response time.
**Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9-5. I do need to take care of my family and family comes first. So I am no longer responding to emails/texts after hours or on weekends.
At My Tutu Boutique we do not give play by play info with regard to your order. All dates needed should be submitted with your order...so please do not send multiple messages looking for updates/status as this is just too time consuming. The only contact we will have after your order is placed is to send you tracking..once i have received it by the designer. I do not have automatic updates with tracking so I too wait for it to be sent to me. We are not a factory, we are all wahm's making handmade items from our homes...from time to time mistakes can happen and there are issues with usps..but please be patient and order your items well in advance of your date to avoid any disappointment.
How do I take Care of My Tutu? TOP
We recommend spot cleaning if something is spilled on your tutu.. a little soap and water does the trick on a soft damp cloth. For wrinkles we recommend hanging your My Tutu Boutique Tutu in a shower (not directly in a shower but the steam from the shower will help get any wrinkles out. Tulle must be finger combed in order to maintain it's look and fluffiness :)
Shipping Costs.. Why is my shipping cost higher? TOP
Our shipping is calculated and accumulated by the amount purchased. We often ship from several designers and locations and thus it drives up our shipping costs. Higher shipping is how we can showcase so many designers that make our custom handmade items. All items do not ship from a single drop center. The items ship from our wonderful designers homes. Thank you for your understanding and hope you enjoy the wonderful items we offer and items can and will be received in multiple shipments.
Can I cancel an order once I have placed it? TOP
Due to the custom handmade nature and quick processing of our business we DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS once they have been placed. Once an order is received we immediately process the order, pay the designers upfront to make the handmade items from their homes, item go into production immediately. We apologize for an inconvenience, but we ask you to carefully consider your purchase before submitting your order. Thank you.
Do you have a Size Chart? TOP
We use standard sizing. So when ordering a tutu order your child's normal clothing size? if you want to submit measurements please do for a perfect fit.
