Most of the products we carry ship in 7-10 days, except the tutus and pettiskirts which are custom made to order and are currently shipping in 2-3 weeks.

We ship within the U.S. and Internationally. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by our website based on your total order amount. You will see the current shipping rates for your order instantly by clicking the View Cart link.

Yes. Please contact us prior to placing your order with the date and products needed and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Additional shipping may apply.

At this time we only accept Paypal payments. All payments and payment information is collected via an SSL secure server for your protection.

Do you offer returns or exchanges? TOP

Your shopping experience at My Tutu Boutique is guaranteed to be a pleasant experience. That is why every product comes with a "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE." If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
